Who can see my license numbers?
Nobody. Your public profile shows license types and status (and a verified badge where a registry check succeeded), never the number itself or your documents.
What happens when I apply to a job?
The company receives your name, profile, and email, and you get an email when they mark you contacted or move on. Some postings include a short screening assessment that lands in your dashboard.
What are post badges?
