A founding company keeps the Growth plan ($79/mo list price) at $0 on these terms:
- Who qualifies. A licensed security company whose job posting goes live on tessura on or before December 31, 2026, counted in the order postings go live, until 25 companies qualify.
- What you keep. The Growth plan at $0, with the features Growth has on the day you qualify.
- How long. For as long as your company account stays open and your company maintains its state license.
- One per company. Branches and affiliates under the same license share it.
- Upgrades. You can move to Scale at any time and pay Scale's price then; moving back to Growth returns you to $0.

Choose any plan today and it is granted immediately at $0: no card, no trial clock. When we end the launch period we email every company at least 30 days ahead; you can move to Starter (always free) or keep your plan and pay the listed price from then on. Your data, postings, roster, and history stay intact either way.
