Read the review, each question shows the best response and the rule it comes from. You can retake that badge 24 hours after your attempt, with a fresh draw of questions. Failing never removes a badge you already hold.

Eighteen statements about how you like to work; there are no right answers and no pass or fail. It ranks which post types suit you and lifts matching jobs in your recommendations. Companies see a short summary only if you leave sharing on, and it is never used to block an application.

Yes. Create an assessment bank, then pick it when posting; applicants receive it automatically and their score shows next to the application.

When posting a job, choose the post type (school, hospital, retail…) and tick "Require the badge to apply." Guards without it see a link to the free assessment instead of an Apply button, and the requirement is enforced in the database, not just the page. Applicants who hold it show a green badge in your applicant list; those missing one are flagged.

A self-reported profile the guard chose to share: their strongest work-style traits, the post types they fit, and how much public contact they prefer. Treat it as a conversation starter, not a score, it is never a screening result.

No. Requests are free and tessura takes nothing from any contract.

Companies are emailed the moment your request posts. Most reach out the same business day; you can also send a request directly to one company from its page.

It tells companies the post type, a school front desk and a warehouse gate need different people. Companies can then staff guards who hold tessura’s post badge for that environment, earned by passing a situational-judgment assessment on exactly that kind of work.

In the app: Me, scroll to the bottom, Delete account. On the web: sign in and open Dashboard, then Delete account at the bottom of the page. It is immediate and removes your profile, wallet, documents, posts, messages, applications, and sign-in. A company page you own alone is deleted with you; one you share passes to your teammates. If you cannot sign in, email privacy@tessurasecurity.com from the address on the account and we remove it within 7 days.

Company reviews are read by a person before they appear. Feed posts and comments appear right away and anyone can report one; reports go to a person, not an algorithm, and content that breaks the rules is removed. Repeat offenders lose posting. No one at tessura ranks or scores guards; moderation is about conduct, never about who gets hired.
