Federal: open on SAM.gov
No federal notices are loaded here right now. You can search them yourself: open Contract Opportunities on SAM.gov, enter NAICS 561612, and filter by the state where the work is done. Searching needs no account; a free login lets you save the search and get emailed when new notices post.
To bid on a federal contract you need an active SAM.gov entity registration, which comes with your Unique Entity ID. It is free, and SAM.gov says to allow at least ten business days for it to go active.

Each buyer advertises on its own site or bid platform, and most bid a guard contract once every three to eight years, so the practical move is a free alert on every buyer you would work for. Every list below can be read without an account.
