Security company licensing in Arkansas
Arkansas State Police, Regulatory Services Division licenses security companies here, but we do not yet carry its roster, so we cannot tell you who is on it.
Arkansas licenses security companies under Ark. Code Ann. 17-40-309, but the State Police page carries only application and renewal forms — no roster, no lookup, no data file. The state's other licensing search tools do not cover State Police licences. A records request is the only route.
Until then, verify a company with the regulator directly, and treat any license number a company gives you as a claim we have not checked.
