About the role
Surefire Security is hiring armed security officers across the Bay Area at $28 to $38 an hour, with executive protection and cannabis dispensary assignments at the top of the range; those posts cluster in Oakland, San Francisco, San Jose and Palo Alto. Officers carry out patrol, access control and reporting at high-risk sites and work directly with police during incidents. Requirements: a current BSIS guard card and exposed firearms permit, age 21 or older, your own qualifying firearm or the ability to qualify on a company-approved one, and a clean record. A year of armed, police or military experience is preferred. Full-time preferred.
