About the role
Surefire Security needs patrol drivers, full-time and part-time, to run marked-vehicle routes across storage facilities, industrial parks, apartment communities and construction sites at $21 to $27 an hour; a vehicle is provided and most routes carry an overnight differential. Drivers walk each property to check doors, gates, lights and fences, log every stop in an app and respond to alarm calls. Routes cover Fremont through Oakland on the I-880 corridor, the South Bay and Palo Alto, mostly 10pm to 6am and weekends. Requirements: a BSIS guard card, a California licence with a clean three-year record and age 21 or older.
