This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY.  This SOURCE SOUGHT NOTICE is for the purpose of Market Research. Response to this notice will be used for information and planning purposes and issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10- Market Research, in order to conduct market research. No proposals or quotes are being requested or accepted with this notice. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation or a guarantee to issue a solicitation in the future. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification, Service Disabled/Veteran Owned Small Business. (SDVOSB/VOSB), HUBZone, 8(a), small, small disadvantage, woman owned small business, or large business) relative to NAICS code is 561612 (Security Guards and Patrol Services) and the size standard is $29 Million. The Product Service Code (PSC) is S206, Housekeeping Guard Services. Requirement: The Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System (SLVHCS) has a requirement for non-personal, unarmed security guard services. The contractor shall provide licensed unarmed security guards trained and qualified on duty from the first day of performance through completion of the contract in accordance with the Performance Based Work Statement (PWS) and any other mandatory federal, state, local and VA regulation at the following SLVHCS Medical Center locations: ALL SITES ARE LOCATED AT 2400 CANAL STREET, NEW ORLEANS, LA 70119.
